1Greg Westerbeck

Chief Executive Officer of MPAA, Greg has more than 30 years of senior healthcare experience.  He has led large teams that resulted in three “first in category” OTC drugs approved by the FDA resulting in more than $500 Million in annual sales.  He previously served as the CEO of DocView Solutions LLC, a New Jersey start up with a unique remote patient monitoring software recently licensed to MPAA.  Greg has extensive domain knowledge of the Affordable Care Act and changing healthcare trends.  Greg previously served as Global VP for Weight Control/ Diabetes for GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare where he was responsible for launching a new global brand in 42 markets.  Greg has served on multiple Boards in healthcare and in large non-profits.  He holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Cincinnati.

2George Dougherty, RN

Chief Operating Officer and Co-founder of MPAA, George has over 25 years’ of health care experience.  He has spent 15 years in direct patient care, working in both hospital and outpatient clinics. He then founded Summit Nursing, a nurse staffing company.   Within five years, Summit was supplying nurses to over twenty hospitals and employing over 300 registered nurses. Over the last several years he has provided professional services to Healthcare organizations and Physician practices with electronic conversion and medical data abstraction of their medical records. George has managed abstraction projects for more than 750,000 patient charts.  George has extensive experience working with large health systems with PQRS reporting, ePass, Health Springs, and Health Partners insurance programs.

3 Tom Merkh

Chief Technology Officer and Co-founder of MPAA, Tom has over 30 years of experience as a technology visionary, with extensive managerial and strategic product development experience. He brings a deep understanding of secure information and access solutions, and currently holds a US Patent for establishing and securing network connections.  Tom has founded several successful companies servicing various industries including healthcare, finance, communications, and entertainment.  Previously served as Chief Technology Officer for WorldExtend, a secure remote access and application publishing software company, successfully winning technology solutions over Citrix.  Prior to that, Tom served as Chief Technology Officer of Velcero, architecting and implementing Internet access, Web Design & Hosting solutions for small business customers of Merchant banks, specifically, American Express.
